Vanilla chocolate homemade ice cream: an easy recipe for a delicious refreshing dessert

No matter what the weather is like outside, from time to time the body starts to crave a delicious dessert. But if this happens in the summer, when it's incredibly hot, it's better to choose refreshing desserts.

One of them, of course, is ice cream. And if you make it at home according to the right recipe, it will taste better than store-bought ice cream. Food blogger Liza Hlinska shared the recipe for this particular ice cream on Instagram.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate – 250 gr
  • Cream – 450 ml
  • Vanilla or vanilla sugar
  • Milk or dark chocolate – 100 gr
  • Biscuits – 500 g

The method of preparation

1. Combine the cream with vanilla in a saucepan and turn on the heat. The cream should be steaming, but not boiling. Remove from the heat.

2. Add the white chocolate and mix thoroughly until dissolved.

3. Cover the mass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.

4. Make crumbs from milk chocolate.

5. Form the ice cream. Put the cookies in the mold.

6. Take the mass out of the refrigerator and beat it with a mixer.

7. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

8. Spread the mixture on the cookies, smooth it out, and put another layer of cookies on top.

9. Put in the freezer for 5 hours.

10. Remove the mold, cut it into cookie shapes, and serve.
