Food blogger Anna Fil shared on Instagram how to make a vanilla chocolate cupcake so that everyone will definitely like it. She claims that this recipe is one of her family's favorites.

Ingredients for a 25×10cm baking dish:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 180 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 pack
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Butter - 60 gr
  • Flour - 150 gr
  • Baking powder - 1 pack
  • Cocoa - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and light.

2. Add sour cream. Beat until smooth.

3. Add the melted, but not hot, butter. Whisk to combine.

4. Add 150g of flour and baking powder. Beat.

5. Divide the mass into two parts. Add cocoa to one part. Mix well.

6. Put the dough into the mold in order. Stir with a wooden stick.

7. Bake in a preheated 175° oven for 35-40 minutes.

8. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
