Popular Ukrainian actress Olha Sumska shared a recipe for delicious and healthy pumpkin cream soup on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 300-500 g
Pumpkin for the dish.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • water - 2 cups
Delicious pumpkin cream soup.
  • olive oil or butter - 1-2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • breadcrumbs - 50 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 g
  • nuts, seeds - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the pumpkin.

2. Pour olive oil into a saucepan or add a piece of butter.

3. Add the diced onion and grated carrots and fry.

4. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and stir.

5. Add the pumpkin and simmer until soft.

6. Beat the soup in a blender until smooth.

8. Grate the cheese.

9. Pour the prepared soup into a bowl, add the cheese, breadcrumbs, nuts or seeds.
