Bean pate is one of the favorite dishes in many parts of the world. Unlike liver pate, this pate is not bitter but rather has a very pleasant sweet flavor. It goes well with toasts and sandwiches. And most importantly, it is very healthy and dietary.

Ingredients:

  • beans - 400 g
  • mushrooms - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-boil the beans.

2. Chop the onion and grate the carrots.

3. Chop the mushrooms.

4. Fry the onions, carrots and mushrooms first.

5. Then add spices and beans. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

6. Beat the resulting dish with a blender.
