Unleavened bagels with delicious filling: how to make the simplest dough
Stuffed bagels are the easiest pastries to make. You can either make them with ready-made puff pastry or make your own yeast dough. But if it's too much trouble for you, then a universal unleavened dough made with kefir is an ideal option. In any case, the bagels rise well during baking, and turn out fluffy and soft.
Food blogger Maria (marichka_cooking) shared a recipe for kefir bagels on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- flour - 550-600 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Jam, condensed milk, chocolate, etc. for the filling.
