Universal yeast dough in 15 minutes: for pies, buns, bread and pizza
Probably all housewives will agree that yeast dough is best suited for a variety of baked goods: pies, cakes, bread, pizza, dumplings, dumplings, and much more. However, the only downside is that the cooking process takes quite a bit of time. Luckily, there is a universal recipe for yeast dough that is very quick to prepare and "grows" right before your eyes. It takes only 15-20 minutes.
Food blogger Alina FooDee shared a recipe for a universal yeast dough that cooks and rises very quickly on her YouTube channel Alina FooDee (scroll to the end to watch the video ).
Ingredients:
- warm water - 200 g
- fast-acting dry yeast - 10 g (or 30 g of live yeast)
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1-3 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- very hot water - 200 g
- flour - 550-650 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix warm water with yeast. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Pour 3 tbsp of flour, sugar, salt and oil into a bowl. Pour boiling water and mix. Wait a few minutes until the mass has cooled to a very warm state because yeast does not like hot.
3. Then add the water and yeast. Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough until smooth. Put in a bowl, cover with a towel, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
4. The dough is ready. Then it can be used for any baking.
