To avoid inventing a new dough each time, separately for dumplings and chebureks, you can use the following universal option. Just 5 simple ingredients, and you will easily get the basis for your favorite products that will definitely delight your taste.
The idea of making a universal custard dough for dumplings and chebureks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nadia Oranska (nadia.oranska). No yeast is required.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt
- flour - 3 cups
- oil - 3 tbsp
- boiling water - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and oil to the egg.
2. Beat with a fork.
3. Then sift 3 cups of flour, make a well and pour in the beaten egg.
4. Mix thoroughly and add a glass of boiling water.
5. Stir with a spoon.
6. Knead with your hands (add a little flour if necessary).
