Ingredients for the dough:
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- milk - 5 tbsp
- oil - 5 tbsp
- sugar - 130 g
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 10 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- sour cream - 200 g
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- sugar - 130 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- flour - 2 cups
- raspberries - 200 g (fresh or frozen), raspberries can be replaced with any other berry: blackberries, blueberries, currants, pitted cherries, etc.

1. Mix cottage cheese with butter, milk and sugar.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.

3. Put the dough in the mold on the bottom and walls (put parchment on the bottom, and grease the walls with margarine).
