  • cottage cheese - 150 g
  • milk - 5 tbsp
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • sugar - 130 g
  • flour - 200 g
  • baking powder - 10 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • sour cream - 200 g
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • sugar - 130 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • raspberries - 200 g (fresh or frozen), raspberries can be replaced with any other berry: blackberries, blueberries, currants, pitted cherries, etc.

1. Mix cottage cheese with butter, milk and sugar.

2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
