Tomato and anchovy carpaccio: how to make a gourmet appetizer without meat

Carpaccio is an appetizer made of thinly sliced meat slices. It is seasoned with vinegar and oil. But while the tomato season is in full swing, you can use these juicy vegetables. They go well with anchovies.

Carpaccio recipe with anchovies and tomatoes

Ingredients:
- tomato - 1 pc.
- anchovies - 100 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- green basil - 2 sprigs
- olive oil
- lime
Method of preparation:
Clean the fish

1. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
2. Drizzle oil over a wide plate.
Pour oil on the plate

3. Put basil and sun-dried tomatoes on it.
4. Slice the fresh tomato as thinly as possible.
Chop the tomatoes

5. Put it on top.
Pour oil over the dish

6. Add more oil and add the anchovies.
7. Garnish with lime zest.
