Ingredients:

  • red, yellow, or green sour cherry plum - 1 kg
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
  • fresh cilantro - 1 bunch

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the plums, put them in a saucepan with boiling water, and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
  2. Rub through a sieve to make a liquid puree of cherry plum.
  3. Chop the garlic, add it to the puree, salt, and pepper, mix and put it in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for about 1 hour.
  4. At the very end, add chopped fresh cilantro, pour the hot sauce into sterile jars, and preserve.

Ingredients:

  • fresh plums of the "tkemali" variety or others - 1 kg
  • drinking water - 100 ml
  • cilantro - 3 sprigs
  • garlic - 1 head
  • ground coriander - 3 tsp.
  • ground red pepper - 1.5 tsp.
  • dried dill - 2 tbsp
  • dried mint - 2 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 4 - 8 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the plums, remove the seeds, put them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then cook until they are cooked.
  2. Be sure to grind the finished plums through a sieve so that all the fibers and skin do not get into the sauce.
  3. Pour the resulting puree into a saucepan and cook for about 40-45 minutes.
  4. Peel the garlic, chop it, and add it along with the spices to the plum puree, salt it, add mint, dill, and oil, and bring it to a boil again.
  5. Pour the hot sauce into jars and preserve.
