Three Glasses apple pie that just melts in your mouth: no eggs or dough
Apple pie is the simplest homemade pastry that can be prepared in different ways: with or without dough, with pita bread, with custard, and even meringue.
Food blogger Maria Lysitsa (masha_lisitsia) shared a recipe for Three Glasses apple pie on her Instagram page . The peculiarity of this pastry is that it is prepared without kneading the dough, and therefore quite quickly. It also turns out to be very tender and just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
- semolina - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- flour - 1 cup
- vanilla / vanilla sugar
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- butter - 60-80 g
- apples - 7-8 pcs.
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients and divide them into 4 parts.
2. Grate the apples and divide the mixture into 4 parts.
3. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold and grease it with butter. Lay out the cake as follows: dry ingredients, apples, cinnamon. Put the layers in turn until you run out of ingredients, while the last layer should be dry.
4. Rub the butter on top.
5. Bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
