Thin and crispy potato pancakes that won't darken
Potato pancakes or deruny are one of the most basic and tasty potato dishes that almost always turn out well. However, they may often turn out dark and tasteless due to the large amount of flour and oil.
Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for delicious pancakes that won't be dark on Instagram.
Cook's tip: choose yellow potatoes, the ones that are more flavorful and boil better. Also, pay attention to flour because the color of the pancakes depends on it!
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 480 g
- onion - 90 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 60 g
