Ingredients:

  • strawberries or other berries or fruit - 1 kg.
  • sugar - 0.5 kg
  • citric acid - 1/3 tsp.
  • jelly 2:1 - 1 package (2:1 ratio means that for 2 parts of berries or fruit, take 1 part of sugar)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the strawberries. Chop some of them and mash the rest.

2. Pour into a saucepan, add the chopped strawberries, some sugar, citric acid, and bring to a boil, making sure to skim off the foam.
