The expert noted that nutrition should bring health, comfort, and be conscious, and any diet is far from the principles of proper nutrition.
"A diet is a temporary phenomenon, for a day, a week, a month. Proper nutrition is for life. It involves changing your diet forever," explained Fuss.
The expert added that there are a number of healthy diets:

1. Low-calorie diets: kefir-apple diet, cabbage soup for weight loss, grapefruit diet.
2. Low-carb diets: Kremlin diet, Atkins diet.
3. Cleansing diets: lemonade diet, grape vinegar diet.
At the same time, Fuss added that the best thing to do is to stick to a healthy diet.
The diet should be balanced and varied
"Proper nutrition is a complete diet that should provide the body with all the necessary elements in the right amount - proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals," said Fus.
The nutritionist added that there are no forbidden foods – it's a myth.
"There is only sound logic and personal choice. You don't need to faint from healthy fats and cook in a dry frying pan without oil. You don't have to throw away egg yolks, and red apples, and give your dinner to the enemy," the expert explained.
Experts advise to eat more vegetables
Fuss advises eating real food, properly balanced, which will help you lose weight.
