1. Pasta with shrimp and parmesan

How to cook pasta quickly

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 250 g
  • Salt - to taste

For the sauce:

  • Cream - 250 ml
  • Shrimps - 200 g
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Parmesan cheese - 50-80 g
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in well-salted boiling water until tender.
  2.  Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, add the peeled shrimp, mix well and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add cream and bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix well.

Sprinkle the pasta with parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.

2. Fettuccine pasta with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Fettuccine - 300 g
  • Water - 0.5 g
  • Cream - 0.5 g
  • Frozen mushrooms - 200 g
  • Chicken fillet - 200 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Starch - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 20 g
  • Salt, spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet, chop the onion and fry well together until tender.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and add to the pan, fry for about 2-3 minutes. Then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Dilute the water and starch in a glass, add to the pan with the cream, and mix well.
  4. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper - mix well.
  5. When the sauce thickens, add the pasta, stir and serve.

3. Turmeric pasta and fillet

Pasta with turmeric

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 200 g
  • Chicken fillet - 200 g
  • Cream - 200 g
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the spaghetti.
  2. Cut the fillet, add spices, salt, turmeric and flour, fry until golden brown.
  3. Add cream and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. After that, pour the pasta into the pan and mix well, then serve.
