The sauce that will save a failed dish: the easiest recipe
Even the most experienced cooks and housewives sometimes have bad dishes. But don't think it's the end of the line and throw the dish in the trash. It is quite possible to fix it.
And a simple garlic sauce will help. It will be the perfect complement to meat, fish, vegetables, or seafood. It will also help to cover the bad taste of the dish. The interesting thing is that you can customize this sauce to your liking: make it creamier or with a pronounced garlic flavor.

Ingredients:
- Chicken/vegetable broth - 250 ml
- Garlic - 1-2 heads
- Cream 33% - 150 ml
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Without peeling the garlic, cut it in half.
2. Cover the baking dish with foil and put the garlic.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
4. Select the garlic cloves and put them in a saucepan. Pour in the broth and put on the fire.
5. As soon as the liquid comes to a boil, add the cream and bring it back to a boil. The cream should begin to thicken. You can add salt and pepper.
6. Pour the mixture into a blender and whisk until smooth.
