Ingredients for the dough:
- Warm milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Dry yeast - 2.5 tsp.

- Flour - 550-580 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 50 g
- Butter at room temperature - 80 g
- Large egg - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, pour dry yeast, sugar, flour into warm milk, mix until smooth, cover the cup with a saucer, leave for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast and create a foamy "cap".
2. For the dough, add salt and sugar to the flour, pour in the melted butter at room temperature, break the eggs, add the dough, and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and not sticky.
3. Cover the cup with the dough, put it in a warm place to double in size, about an hour.
4. Then it can be used to bake pies with any filling.
