The perfect pizza dough that even children can eat
If you want to make the perfect pizza dough, culinary experts advise making it with water. After all, it's the easiest to prepare and always works.
Culinary expert Victoria Vorokh shared her recipe for a successful dough for a delicious pizza that can be eaten by children. It was published on the Facebook page "Complementary foods. Its tricks. New ideas, fresh perspective".
Ingredients:
- Warm water - 200 ml.
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 320 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour, add the dry ingredients and mix.
2. Add water and oil.
3. Knead the soft, elastic dough well; it may stick to your hands.
4. Leave in a warm place to double in size.
5. Sprinkle semolina or flour on a parchment or baking mat.
6. Stretch the dough with your hands, not with a rolling pin, so that air bubbles remain in it.
7. Spread the dough with the sauce and add any toppings, such as chicken, mushrooms, corn, and mozzarella.
8. Bake the pizza at 250 °C for 10-15 minutes.
It is best to eat it hot!
