The perfect dough for crispy waffle tubes: secrets and recipe from a pastry chef
Who doesn't love tasty, crispy, flavorful condensed milk tubes, especially if you make them yourself? The most important thing when making a treat is to make good dough.
MasterChef 3 contestant Daria Tyuleneva shared her recipe and secrets for making delicious, and most importantly, crispy waffle tubes with condensed milk on Instagram.
Secrets from the cook:
1. Water should be added to the dough, not milk. This is the ingredient that will make the waffles crispy.
2. Roll the tubes right on the waffle iron.
Ingredients:
- Butter - 125 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Eggs - 100 g
- Water - 250 g
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Cinnamon - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat well-softened butter with sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
2. Add the eggs to this mixture and beat for about 3 minutes.
3. Then add the flour and mix well, then bake.
4. Bake the dough until golden brown, then add the filling and roll the tubes right on the waffle iron.
