The perfect buckwheat under a fur coat: when you are tired of the classic version
Buckwheat has many benefits and is an extremely tasty side dish. If you're tired and bored of the usual porridge, you can easily cook it in a new way, namely with vegetables and meat under a cheese coat. It will be tasty, healthy and hearty. This dish, by the way, does not require any combinations, so it can be served as an independent one.

Ingredients:
- onions - 2 pcs
- carrots - 2 pcs
- buckwheat - 350 g
- meat - 600 g
- cheese - 200 g
- hot water - 600 ml
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry everything until tender.
2. Spread the cooked vegetables evenly in the baking dish.
3. Cut the meat into cubes and put on the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Rinse the buckwheat and add it to the vegetables.
5. Cover with boiled water and salt. Cover the mold with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the buckwheat. Bake for another 10 minutes.
