Lunch should always be tasty, healthy, and satisfying so that dinner is easy. It's best to eat meat dishes, rich soups, pizza, vegetable pies, baked meat and fish, as well as various dishes made from seasonal vegetables, such as ratatouille, and casseroles.

1. Kale baked in the oven with spices
Ingredients:
- large cabbage - 1 pc.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- butter - 30-40 g
- ground black and red pepper - a pinch
- cumin - to taste
- nutmeg - a pinch - optional
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cabbage, remove the top leaves, and cut it in half, but you can also cut it into four parts if the cabbage is too large. You can also just cut into large plates, so the cabbage will fry faster.
- Put it on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil, salt, cumin, nutmeg, and two types of ground pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the cabbage generously with this mixture and place in the oven for 1 hour at 170 degrees.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and nuts before serving, it will be delicious.
2. Cabbage rolls with cheese
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1 pc.
- any cheese - Camembert, Dutch, Russian, Suluguni, goat, tofu - 150 g
- kefir - 500 ml
- water - 1-1.5 liters
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cabbage, break off, or cut off the leaves.
- Boil water with salt, throw the leaves in for 2-4 minutes.
- Cut the cheese into slices.
- Wrap a slice of cheese in each leaf to make rolls.
- Beat eggs with salt, coat each roll well, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Put them in a pre-greased baking dish and bake for 40-50 minutes at 170-180 C.
Serve the dish hot with sour cream and herbs.
3. Braised cabbage with meat and rice
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 500-700 g
- rice - 2-3 tbsp.
- fillet - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- turmeric - 1/4 tsp.
- raisins - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil rice in salted water with turmeric until half-cooked.
- Cut the fillet and fry it together with chopped onions and carrots until golden brown.
- Wash the cabbage, chop it, and fry it separately in a frying pan until tender, season with salt and pepper, and add the soaked raisins.
- Put everything in one large saucepan, stir, add 100 ml of water, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes over low heat.
The dish is best served hot with a vegetable salad.
