It is worth remembering that after you have mixed the batter for the pancakes, you need to wait until the kefir starts to work. This will be evidenced by the appearance of bubbles on the surface. When you see them, you can start frying.

Ingredients:

  • kefir - 250 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt - a pinch
  • soda - tip of a knife
  • flour - 200-210 g
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg with sugar.

2. Add room temperature kefir.

3. Add the remaining ingredients.

4. Beat everything well.
