1. Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 2 pcs.
  • finely chopped tomato - 1 pc.
  • red onion, finely chopped - 1/4 pc.
  • chopped garlic - 1 clove
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • fresh chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.

2. Add tomato, onion, garlic, lemon juice and cilantro.

3. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Yogurt sauce with dill

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup
  • fresh chopped dill - 1 tbsp
  • chopped garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste

1. Mix yogurt, dill, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • sesame paste - 1/2 cup

1. Mix tahini, water, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl.

2. Whisk until smooth.

4. Nut sauce (cashew-based)

Ingredients:

  • raw cashews - 1 cup (soak for 2 hours)
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • chopped garlic - 1 clove
  • nutritional yeast - 1 tbsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the cashews and place them in a blender.

2. Add fresh water, lemon juice, garlic and nutritional yeast.

3. Blend until a creamy mass is obtained.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Vinegret sauce

Ingredients:

  • apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
  • chopped garlic - 1 clove
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • salt and pepper - to taste

1. In a small bowl or jar, mix the vinegar, mustard, garlic and honey.

2. Slowly pour in the olive oil, whisking constantly.
