Many people associate potato zrazy with childhood. Our grandmothers always made them the most delicious, with tender potato dough and juicy meat filling. You can make such a dish very easily if you use the following technology.

The idea of making delicious potato zrazy was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname isaevaa77. You can combine pork and veal for the filling.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 200 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • minced meat - 500 g (pork + veal)
  • onion
  • garlic
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes.

2. Cut into small pieces, add salt and boil.

3. Stew the minced meat in a frying pan.

4. Add the onion and garlic to the already prepared minced meat.

5. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes and mash them (do not add any oil or milk).

6. Set aside to cool.

7. Add the egg and flour to the cold mashed potatoes.

8. Knead the soft dough.

9. Form zrazy and fry until golden and crispy.

10. Serve with sour cream.
