Ingredients:

  • Mackerel - 1 pc.
  • Water - 300 ml.
  • Peppercorns - 8 pcs.
  • Bay leaves - 3-4 pcs.
  • Salt - 2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Add the peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar to the water, bring to a boil and let cool.
