Method of preparation:

1. Wash the liver and peel off the film.

2. Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oil, flour, baking powder to the liver.

3. Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.

4. Preheat the frying pan.

5. Grease it with vegetable oil.

6. Fry the pancakes on each side until cooked.

7. It is not necessary to grease the frying pan with oil before each pancake.

8. For the filling, add grated garlic and cheese to the mayonnaise.

9. Beat with a blender until smooth.

10. Assemble the cake.

11. Grease each pancake with mayonnaise filling.
