Ingredients:
- pork
- potatoes
- onion
- carrot
- sorrel
- eggs
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the pork broth.
2. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes. As soon as the broth boils, add them to the meat.
3. Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Fry the roast.
4. Add the sorrel and the roast to the broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Chop the boiled eggs. Add them to the borscht along with the spices. Enjoy!
