Chicken cutlets are quite nutritious and low-fat, so they are ideal for a light, satisfying lunch. The only thing you shouldn't forget is that products made from this meat can turn out dry. To prevent this from happening, add a few simple ingredients to the frying mixture.
The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana dorosh rezeptu). Add enough chopped onion and melted cheese.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- milk - 200 ml.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 140 g
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
2. Then add the eggs to the fillets.
3. Finely chop the onion and add to the fillet.
4. Add flour, processed cheese (grate it on a medium grater) and milk.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
6. Heat a frying pan, carefully place the cutlets with a tablespoon.
7. Fry until golden brown.
