Ingredients for the base:
- shortbread cookies - 300 g
- butter - 100 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- cream cheese - 500 g
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cream - 150 ml.
Ingredients for the strawberry jam:
- strawberries - 350 g
- sugar - 80 g
- starch - 1 tbsp.

1. Grind the cookies in a blender.
2. Add the melted butter and mix until sticky.
3. Form the bottom and sides of the future cheesecake in a baking dish.

4. Put it in the refrigerator.
5. For the base, add eggs to the cream cheese, mix.
6. Add the sugar.
7. Mix again.

8. Add the cream and mix again.
9. Pour into the mold and put in the oven.

10. Preheat it to a temperature of 130 degrees and put a container of water down. Bake for an hour and thirty minutes.
11. For the confiture, beat the strawberries and sugar with a blender in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the starch and thicken over medium heat.

12. Pour onto a plate, cover with cling film in contact and refrigerate.
