Method of preparation:

  2. Grate the onion and add it to the liquid marinade, then add the herb mixture.
  3. Put the fish prepared in advance to marinate for 2-3 hours, no longer, as the onion will begin to give off bitterness after this time.

  • sweet bell pepper – 2-3 pcs
  • onion – 2-3 pcs
  • chili pepper – 1 pc
  • lemon – 1 pc
  • cilantro, parsley – 20 g
  • olive oil – 80-90 ml.

  1. Chop the greens and vegetables, then pass them through a meat grinder, add spices to taste and oil.
  2. After that, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

  • mayonnaise – 100 g
  • white wine – 100 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Add spices and seasonings to the mayonnaise, mix well.
  2. Pour the wine into the finished mixture and stir until smooth.
  3. Coat the finished pieces of fish with the marinade on all sides and leave for several hours. After this time, put them on skewers and send them to the grill.
