Ingredients:
- Mackerel 2 pcs.
- Onion 1 pc
- Coarse salt 1/2 tsp.
- Tom yum paste 1 tbsp
- White dry wine 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the mackerel into fillets, cut off the rib bones and make shallow cuts on the skin side.
