Who doesn't love delicious, salty red fish, especially with avocado, egg and bread. But not everyone knows how to salt it properly so that it retains its delicate flavor and, most importantly, remains healthy after salting.

Nutritionist Olha Usenko shared on Instagram the best recipe for salting red fish, which will definitely become your favorite afterwards.

Recipe for salting red fish

Ingredients:

  • fish - 1 kg
  • sea salt - 3 tbsp. 
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the salt and sugar.
  2. Rub the fish generously with this mixture and refrigerate for 12-16-24 hours.
  3. After that, take out the fish, be sure to pour out the juice that has formed inside the container and you can safely eat delicious fish.
  4. Important – it can be frozen in portions. Cut and place in separate bags.
