According to the girl, this is the only way to ensure that the potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. As she said, after you boil the potatoes, you need to drain the water and let them dry.

Then you need to grease the slices with oil and put them in a preheated oven.

"When cooking fried potatoes, be sure to cook them until they are cooked enough – don't steam them. This will give it a soft texture. After turning off the stove, drain the water and let it sit so that the moisture can evaporate, then shake it to crisp the edges. Finally, coat the potatoes with the oil of your choice and put them in a hot oven, but don't forget to turn them over several times," Wilson said.
