The best alternative to spreads is mushroom butter: we share a simple recipe

Ingredients:
- Chanterelles or champignons – 250 g
- Butter – 200 g
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Thyme – a few sprigs
- Fresh parsley or dill – a bunch
- Salt, freshly ground pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then cut them into medium-sized pieces.
2. Crush or chop the garlic.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and thyme, and heat well.
4. Remove the thyme and add the mushrooms, stir and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper and add fresh thyme.
6. Cool the mixture.
7. Put everything in a blender and chop a little, but make sure that the mushrooms do not turn into a paste.
8. Afterwards, mix the mushrooms with soft butter, add chopped parsley, stir, and serve with croutons and soft, fresh bread.
