Ingredients:

• chicken gizzards - 400 g
• eggs - 4 pcs
• hard cheese - 70 g
• onion - 1 pc
• sour cream - 2 tbsp
• mustard
• herbs
• salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the chicken gizzards and cut them into 4 pieces.

2. Cut the onion into half rings and marinate in vinegar for 30 minutes.

3. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.

4. Grate the cheese.

5. Chop the greens.

6. Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper.
