Tastier than sausage: meatloaf with garlic and mustard for the Easter table
Meat can be used to make not only kebabs, cutlets, and chops, but also baked in the oven with sauces, garlic, and vegetables. The meat should be cooked for at least 1.5 hours.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious meatloaf with garlic, rosemary, and barbecue sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kilograms of underbelly (pork)
- strong mustard and barbecue sauce
- rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Additional items:

Method of preparation:
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, add smoked paprika and 4 cloves of garlic.
2. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with chopped rosemary leaves.
3. Roll up the roll and tie it with a tourniquet. If you have time, you can leave it to marinate for an hour or two.
4. Bake in the oven at 185°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
5. Remove and brush with the juice from the roll and glaze with barbecue sauce on top.
6. Bake for 10 minutes until appetizingly brown!
