Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 500 g
  • feta - 200 g
  • breadcrumbs - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • spices (mixture of peppers) - to taste
  • greens - to taste
  • oil

Sauce:

  • sour cream/yogurt + cucumber (cut into strips) + garlic + salt (lemon) + herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini, if the skin is thick, cut it off. Also remove large seeds.

2. Grate and squeeze out excess moisture, add feta, finely chopped onion, chopped herbs, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices, and mix.
