Tastier than chops: how to cook juicy chicken rolls in the oven

- chicken fillet
- mushrooms champignons
- onion
- hard cheese
- salt/pepper/spices.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- eggs
- mustard
- garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet and pound it like chops, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. For the filling, fry the diced mushrooms and onions until the moisture evaporates.
3. Add salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning.
4. Cool, add grated hard cheese, mix.
5. Put the filling on the chops.
6. Roll into a roll and place in a baking dish.
7. Brush with sauce and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
8. Take out, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
9. Put it in the oven for a few more minutes.
