Smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 150 g of strawberries
- 100 g of raspberries
- 1 tbsp of flax
- 1 tbsp of hia
- 1 tsp of nut paste
Method of preparation:
1. Freeze bananas and strawberries.

2. Cover flax and chia with water in advance – 50 ml for flax and 50 ml for chia.

3. Put all ingredients except raspberries in a blender and blend for 7-10 minutes.
