Ingredients:
- cabbage - 2-3 kg
- carrots - 3-4 pcs.
- bell pepper - 2-3 pcs.
- salt - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage, remove the hard part and top leaves. Then chop thinly.
2. Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean-style carrots. Mix with cabbage, salt and lightly mash with your hands.
