Sweet cake with strawberries: how to make the legendary dessert

The legendary Ukrainian palianytsia was made with a wide variety of fillings. But in summer, it is a good idea to add strawberries. The pastries are very juicy and flavorful

The idea of making a strawberry cake was published on the Instagram page of the MasterChef culinary project. The dough is quite similar to that prepared for charlotte.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 2 pcs.
• sugar - 90 grams
• vanilla sugar - 10 grams
• yogurt without fillers - 200 grams
• butter - 120 grams
• baking powder - 10 grams
• flour - 220 grams
• strawberries - 400 grams + 1 tbsp. of starch

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add the yogurt.

3. Pour in the oil and continue beating.

4. Sift in the flour and baking powder and beat.

5. Cover the mold with parchment, and grease with butter or oil.

6. Pour in half of the batter.

7. Cut the washed strawberries into 4 pieces, roll them in starch, and put half of the strawberries.

8. Pour in the rest of the batter.

9. Put the rest of the strawberries on top. Bake for an hour at 160 degrees.
