If a cake has a lot of filling and cream, it doesn't mean it's high in calories and flour. You just need to choose the right ingredients and cook them using special technology. So, if you can't give up sweets but care about your figure, the following dessert will definitely come in handy.

The idea of making a sweet diet cake was shared by the famous Ukrainian nutritionist Svitlana Fus on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:⠀

  • oatmeal – 300 g
  • wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • banana – 2 pcs
  • oil – 4 tbsp
  • sugar – 30 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • oranges – 3 pcs (2 for the filling, 1 for decoration)⠀
  • low-fat cottage cheese – 400 g
  • sour cream 10% – 160 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with vanilla sugar until white.

2. Mash the banana with a fork.

3. Add it to the eggs and pour in the oil.

4. Mix the dry ingredients and pour into the dough.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven, cool, cut into 2 cakes.

7. For the cream, beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a blender.

8. Spread the cottage cheese cream on 1 cake, and cover it with the second.

9. Cover the top and sides.

10. Garnish with an orange.
