Summer crab stick salad: perfect for the those on a diet
Ready-made salad
In summer, we don't want to eat heavy meat salads at all. During this time, we try to cook light dishes with lots of greens and young vegetables.
Food blogger Alex Mil offered a recipe for such a salad on his Instagram. He also added crab sticks to it, making the taste of the dish simply unbeatable.
Ingredients
- young cabbage - 200 g
- canned corn - 100 g
- crab sticks - 150 g
- cucumber - 50 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- green onions - 30 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cut cabbage as thinly as possible.
2. Cut cucumber, hard cheese and crab sticks into strips.
3. Chop green onions and add them to the other ingredients along with corn.
4. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
