Summer crab salad: add lots of fresh vegetables and cheese

Crab salad, which everyone is used to, is a very satisfying dish with crab sticks, rice, and mayonnaise. But in the summer, you don't always want such high-calorie food. That's why you should add lots of fresh vegetables to your salad and leave out the cereal.

The idea of making a summer crab salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil alexx). The dish will be as light as possible.

Ingredients:

  • young cabbage - 200 g
  • corn - 100 g
  • crab sticks - 150 g
  • cucumber - 50 g
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • green onions - 30 g
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible.

2. Cut the cucumber, hard cheese, and crab sticks into strips.

3. Add corn and chopped green onions.

4. Dress with either ready-made salad sauce or mayonnaise.

5. Add salt and pepper.

6. Mix everything well.
