Sugar pie: how to make a dessert for the whole family
If you like fluffy, fragrant, and sweet pastries, sugar pie is just for you. The dessert is prepared using a special technology – the dough must stand in several stages to make it really soft and crispy. It is ideal for tea drinking with the whole family.

Ingredients:
- flour – 250 g
- milk – 100 g
- soft butter – 100 g
- egg – 2 pcs
- sugar – 1 tsp
- salt – a pinch
- pressed yeast – 10 g (dry 3)
- any zest
- vanilla
Ingredients for streusel:
- cold butter – 50 g
- sugar –150 g
- cream of any fat content – 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough with warm milk from the above ingredients. It should be very soft and sticky.
2. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Then, without skirting, put it into a mold (grease your hands with oil), and spread it over the entire surface.
4. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
5. Prepare the streusel: grind very cold butter with sugar into crumbs.
6. Make a depression in the dough base to the bottom.
7. Sprinkle with streusel on top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Take out the cake, pour cream over it, and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
10. Can be served both warm and cold.
