Stuffed vegetarian peppers: recipe
Stuffed Vegetarian Peppers

Ingredients:
Sweet peppers of different sizes: 4 large, 6 small peppers
1.Wash, remove the seeds
For stuffing:
Half a cup of rice 5-6 fresh mushrooms
A handful of dried mushrooms
Large onion
Preparation:
1.Soak dried mushrooms for 15 minutes in a cup of hot water
2.Fry the onions finely chopped.
3. Add chopped dried and fresh mushrooms.
4. Add separately boiled rice, salt pepper to taste
5. Mix everything
6. Put minced meat in the peppers, place on a baking tray, pour olive oil and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes to bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius
Spicy Tomato Sauce to serve:
1.2-3 cloves of garlic finely chopped and fried in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
2. Add half a cup of tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of fatty sour cream to the garlic.
3. A tablespoon of any hot sauce in the same place (Tabasco, Cholula).
4. Pour in a cup of water and simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
When the peppers are cooked through, place them on a plate. Serve with sour cream, spicy tomato sauce and herbs. Bon appetit!
