Stuffed peppers without rice: a recipe for a delicious dish in a new way

Ingredients:
- red pepper – 4-5 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrot – 1 pc.
- smoked meat – 200 g
- mushrooms – 200 g
- hard cheese – 200 g
- ketchup
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the onion and fry, add grated carrots, fry, add diced mushrooms, wait until they release their juice, and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the diced meat, grated cheese, and stir.
2. Cut the red pepper in half lengthwise and place in a baking dish.
3. Fill them with the filling, sprinkle the top with the remaining grated hard cheese. And cook in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes in the upper and lower heating mode.
It will be delicious hot and cold!
