Ingredients:

  • meat - pork or chicken - 1 kg
  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • rice - 1/3 cup
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Make minced meat from the meat.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into medium cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the minced meat with onions and carrots until tender – 10 minutes.

  1. Boil the fillet, and cut into medium cubes.
  2. Peel and dice the bell pepper.
  3. Chop the garlic with a knife or grate it.
  4. Wash and dry the spinach.
