Stuffed pancakes that won't tear apart: any filling will do
In Ukraine, stufffed pancakes are served quite often. This dish is called nalysnyky. Cottage cheese, jam, mushrooms, herbs - everything can be added. However, to prevent the filling from falling out and the dough from tearing apart, you need to follow a special cooking technique.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 1 cup + another 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil (odorless) - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, 2 tbsp of milk, oil and salt.
2. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
3. Gradually add flour and milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil.
5. Pour the batter with a scoop, spreading it evenly in a thin layer over the surface of the pan.
6. Fry for 1-2 minutes, turn over and cook for another minute.
7. Wrap with your favorite filling.
