Stuffed new potatoes with mushrooms and bacon: a hearty and delicious dish for the whole family
Potatoes can be used to make delicious zrazy, casseroles, pies, and can also be baked, stewed, or fried. New potatoes are best boiled and served with butter, dill, and garlic.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious young stuffed potatoes with cheese, mushrooms, and bacon on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4 large new potatoes
- 1 onion
- 150-200 g of minced chicken
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 110 g of smoked bacon
- butter
- 100 g cream / sour cream 20%
- salt, pepper, dried garlic

- 130-150 g of cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the large potatoes well, wrap them in foil and bake at 170 °C for about an hour and a half.
2. For the filling: fry the onion in a small amount of oil until transparent. Then add the minced chicken and break it into small lumps. When the minced meat turns white, add the mushrooms and simmer together until the moisture evaporates. Next, add the chopped bacon and fry until golden brown, pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, add the garlic, and simmer for a few minutes.
3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add most of it to the filling.
4. When the potatoes are baked, cut them in half not all the way through. Mash the center with a fork, add a little salt and butter. Put the filling in the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes.
